These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ForgeOS ("the Service"), a software tool for organizing creator outreach, provided by ForgeOS ("we", "us"). By subscribing to or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ForgeOS is a productivity tool that helps you research, organize, track, and draft messages for creator outreach. It is a helper and record-keeper — it does not send messages, post, or take action on Instagram, TikTok, or any other platform on your behalf. You copy content from ForgeOS and send it yourself, using your own accounts.
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for how you use your own social media accounts and for complying with the terms of Instagram, TikTok, email providers, and any other platform you use alongside ForgeOS.
ForgeOS is sold as a monthly subscription through Whop, our billing provider. Plans, prices, trial length, and usage limits (including monthly AI credits) are shown at checkout. A free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Billing, invoices, and payment methods are handled by Whop under their terms.
You can cancel anytime through Whop; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund eligibility is described in our refund policy at checkout / https://forgecreators.vercel.app. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
Some features use AI to draft replies, analyze pasted profile information, and suggest plans. AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable — you are responsible for reviewing and editing everything before you use or send it. AI usage is metered in "credits" per your plan; drafts generated without AI ("draft mode") do not consume credits. We may change AI providers, models, or limits at any time.
You agree not to use ForgeOS to: send spam or unsolicited bulk messages in violation of any platform's rules; harass, deceive, or defraud anyone; scrape, collect, or store personal data unlawfully; or violate any applicable law. You are solely responsible for the messages you send and the outreach you conduct. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.
Your outreach data (creators, notes, templates, images) is stored locally in your browser and, depending on your configuration, may sync to your own database. See our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for backing up your data (the app provides Backup/Restore).
The Service, its software, design, and content (excluding your data and content you create) are owned by ForgeOS and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own outreach while your subscription is active. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or copy the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific outreach results, replies, partnerships, or income. Any figures shown in the app are illustrative, not promises.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForgeOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or account actions taken by third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
